What are your processing times?
For orders placed via e-mail or Whatsapp, depending on the item it can take from 1 week until 6 weeks time. We will inform you directly.
Do you send orders worldwide?
Yes! Order around Bali are all sent with GoJek or our The Medium Team. For international orders, we offer delivery with POST indonesia and DHL later as a reputable shipping agency.
How much will shipping cost?
All depends on the order, our team will be in touch with you and check the shipping cost.
Do I need to pay Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.
